Product Structure
The jaw crushers is primarily composed of five core components: the heavy-duty welded frame, crushing mechanism, transmission system, adjustment device, and lubrication system.
The frame features a box-type structural design, constructed from high-strength steel plates through welding, with internal reinforcement ribs to ensure structural stability under heavy-load operating conditions.
How it works
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, causing the movable jaw to make periodic reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by compression, splitting and bending; when the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw, the crushed material is discharged from the lower part of the crushing chamber. The product size can be controlled by adjusting the discharge opening.
